Karate South Africa appoints Karate-Zen member as Chairman of the Referees Commission

Karate South Africa appoints Llewellyn Rhoda Shihan as the Chairman of the Referees Commission. This is the second 3 year term that he will serve as the head of this commission. Rhoda is the youngest fully qualified World Karate Federation referee in the world and is the 1st South African to achieve this status.
