Karate-Zen is proud to announce that 13 of our members made the provincial children’s team that represented Western Cape at the Karate South Africa National All Styles Championships in Durban 3-4 March 2017.
These athletes performed at the highest level with the South African borders and obtained 5 Gold, 5 Silver and 3 Bronze medals a the Championships.
At the helm of this performance was Sensei Salaama Rhoda of Karate-Zen who is currently the Western Cape Head Coach.
